What is your approach on the wedding day?
We have a very relaxed approach and strive to ensure that you enjoy the moments and festivities that make the celebration of a wedding. We will step in when we have an opportunity to compose a moment, like shifting you to a spot with dreamy light.
Allowing a day to unfold naturally and adapting to to the preferences of each couple, we strive to capture honest moments that make you remember exactly how you felt when the picture was captured.
We aren’t comfortable in front of the camera…
Our main wedding photographer Rose, is the same! Our priority is to capture all the “big” moments that sum up your wedding as well as the precious in between. A glance, a touch, a stroll at sunset. We love candids and will offer gentle guidance throughout the day to encourage the love, laughter and so much more.
How do we reserve a wedding date?
We require a deposit of 30% to secure a booking and reserve the wedding date. Due to the high demand during peak season and our non profit work during other months, we cannot hold dates tentatively.
Do we need to meet you before the wedding day?
Planning a destination wedding can be demanding. We streamline the planning process and work to get details from you at lest a month out. This way you enjoy the first few days in Fiji and the lead up to your wedding! But we’d never pass up an opportunity to say bula beforehand, whether it be online or in person.
I am thinking of bringing in a photographer from overseas…
The beauty of a wedding day is that it is you as a couple. Your people, your styling, your preference in photos that you’d look back fondly on. In saying this, Fiji has a unique and unforgiving climate, lighting and landscape.
What may work beautifully home, from experience can aesthetically be very different here. We encourage you to invest in the small business owners that are wedding photographers in Fiji. Part of Peachylini’s earnings also goes to outreach programs for Fiji’s population living under the poverty line. You can see more of this part of our work in our blog.
Do you offer your services all over Fiji?
Yes! We have been as far as Kadavu, Taveuni as well the smaller islands near mainland. We travel to the capitol, Suva from time to time for weddings rich in tradition and culture.
